A new patient survey has been set up that enables people to give their feedback on arrange of options, covering their recent NHS hospital referral and appointment experience.

It will be live for the next 2 or 3 weeks and the more people that take part in this quick survey the better the results will be.

The survey will provide an opportunity for all patients to comment on their appointment booking experiences, whether or not they have used Choose and Book.
